CF Series Carbon-Film Resistors

KOA’s resistors are offered in a smaller body size and with a flameproof coating

Image of KOA CF Series Carbon Film ResistorsKOA's CF resistors have a power rating from 0.25 W to 0.50 W and are offered in resistance values of 1 Ω to 5.1 MΩ with a resistance tolerance range of ±2% and ±5% and a T.C.R. of +350 ppm/°C to -1300 ppm/°C.

The carbon-film resistors are manufactured by coating a carbon film over high-grade ceramic rods. The CF series is stronger in pulse resistance than chip resistors of a similar type. The range of the working voltage is 250 V to 400 V. This series' endurance at +70°C for 1,000 hours is at 3%. CF series resistors are an ideal choice for high-voltage applications.
