Littelfuse MLA1812NR varistors are AEC-Q200 qualified with a surface-mount design and a high operating temperature rating of +125°C. These varistors feature ultra-high surge current handling capability that protects integrated circuits and other components at the circuit board level, ensuring reliable circuitry performance. MLA1812NR varistors consist of intercalating ceramic/electrode stacks and a nickel barrier termination. Littelfuse MLA1812NR varistors are suitable for automotive electronics such as infotainment, industrial automation, and LED lighting.
