Qorvo has enabled innovation for next-generation defense and aerospace technologies for more than 30 years. Qorvo products are at the core of many of the world’s advanced radar, space, communications, electronic warfare, and satellite communications systems. Innovations are based in GaN, GaAs, SAW, and BAW, as well as integrated assembly, custom die-level packaging, and expert engineering technologies. Qorvo also leads the industry in supplying highly reliable technology for space exploration, with more than one million components launched into space.

In partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense (DARPA), prominent research laboratories and Qorvo R&D, engineering advantages in size, weight, and power (SWaP) have been made for customers.
