Image of STMicroelectronics' STTH60RQ06 Diode STMicroelectronics offers 600 V rapid and quiet diodes developed for on-board battery chargers (OBC), 2- or 3-wheeler chargers, EV charging stations, and industrial converters. These diodes feature a specific VRRM guaranteed from -40°C to +175°C, a unique trade-off between a soft reverse recovery to reduce EMI, and a low VF to gain efficiency in all modes of resonant-based topologies. Reaching up to 60 A forward current ratings, ST’s STTH60RQ06W and STTH60RQ06WY are available in through-hole (DO-247) package, in both industrial grade and AEC-Q101 qualified automotive grade.
