NTCALUG Series Standard Lug Temperature Sensors

Vishay's NTCALUG series standard lug temperature sensors is suitable for surface-temperature sensing applications, especially when good electrical insulation and thermal contact with the surface are required. These sensors provide accurate and dependable surface-temperature measurements across a wide temperature range. The standard lug sensors incorporate a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor with two stranded 24 AWG, PTFE-insulated copper wires mounted inside the barrel of a lug terminal. Readily available lug terminal mounting options include M3 through M6. The lug terminal provides for easy mounting and the PTFE-insulated cable completes the rugged construction of the sensor. The NTCALUG standard series is both AEC-Q200-qualified with select versions and is also UL recognized. In addition to the off-the-shelf version, the NTCALUG series provides the designer with flexibility through electrical and mechanical customization options.
