Flex Stack is the ability to design custom board stacking interconnects as a standard product. Flex Stack allows the designer to specify a terminal or dual-body board stacker in virtually unlimited stacking distances where the position of the plastic body on the terminal can be specified in increments of 0.005”. These products are available on a variety of pitches, from power connectors on a 0.250” pitch to micro pitch board stackers on a 0.8 mm pitch and in both through hole and surface mount designs. Custom orders of Flex Stack products have no minimum orders, no special prices, and no long lead times.
