Vishay's MOSFETs for 5G power infrastructure offer up to 6 kW telecom power supply solutions
Vishay offers a wide range of power MOSFETs in surface-mount packages for 5G infrastructure, base stations, and edge and cloud computing. In the PowerPAK® 10x12 and 8x8 packages, E series super-junction MOSFETs provide best-in-class FOM for power factor correction (PFC) while the EF series with integrated fast body diodes deliver reduced QRR and faster charging and discharging for pulse width modulation (PWM). Gen V medium and low-voltage MOSFETs with ultra-low on-resistance in the PowerPAK SO-8 and SO-8DC are optimized for synchronous rectification and OR-ing applications.
