Image of IXYS IXTY2P50PA Series PolarP™ P-Channel Power MOSFET IXYS' IXTY2P50PA is an AEC-Q101-qualified and PPAP available, -500 V, -2 A, PolarP™ P-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET in TO-252 (DPAK) package. It uses the Polar technology platform, resulting in a significant reduction in on-state resistance (R_DS(ON), max = 4.2 Ω) and gate charge (Q_g = 11.9 nC). The P-channel MOSFET has low conduction loss and excellent switching performance, while its dv/dt and avalanche ratings make it extremely rugged in demanding operating environments and applications.
