It combines an ultra-low 1.0 mΩ on-resistance with a high 320 A continuous current rating. The TOLL-8L package offers a superior alternative to D2PAK, enabling higher power density, improved thermal performance, and faster switching for modern high-frequency SMPS and motor drives.
