Battery-Powered Motor Drivers

TRINAMIC's motor drive ICs only need one or two Lithium-Ion cells or two AA batteries to drive innovation. With this, battery-powered applications no longer need to compromise on performance. Small, silent, precise, and efficient with a standby current draw of < 50 nA (typical), TRINAMIC's motor drivers save battery life and make it easy to forget there's a motor involved at all. They feature a low R_DS(ON) of LS 170 mΩ and HS 170 mΩ.
