In summary, all of the SSD interfaces discussed in this Product Training Module utilize the same NAND flash storage technology, but the manner in which the memory is accessed is different. System designers consider additional criteria when selecting the SSD interface to ensure the options for optimized system performance: Interface, Storage Size, Endurance, Form Factor, MTBF, Sequential Read/Write, and Random Read/Write.
